Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to support our client in the Hialeah area. This is a short-term, 2-month project ideal for someone with strong collections experience and excellent customer communication skills. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish). Schedule is 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri and Pay is $20 per hour.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accounts receivable collections activities, including follow-up on outstanding balancesPost customer payments accurately and in a timely mannerHandle inbound and outbound collection calls professionallyWork with customers to establish payment plans and resolve account discrepanciesMaintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions and account statusCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account reconciliationQualificationsPrior experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections requiredExperience with payment posting is a mustStrong communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume callsAbility to negotiate and set up payment arrangementsBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in basic computer systems and accounting softwareSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Rate: $20/hourBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
