Job Description Dix Road Property Management is searching for a licensed real estate professional who would appreciate the stability of a base salary but still wants the flexibility to close their own deals. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Licensed Leasing Agent to join our team!Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.This hybrid role provides a consistent income through leasing and lead management responsibilities while allowing you the flexibility to pursue independent sales on your own time.Benefits Include:Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid HolidaysComprehensive Healthcare & Voluntary Coverages401(k) Retirement Plans (Pre-tax and Roth options)Compensation:$35,000 - $45,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Lead Management: Actively prospect and follow up with approved applications, to place them into their new home!Lease Drafting: Prepare and review lease agreements and addenda with attention to detail.Resident Portal: creating tenant portals, enrolling residents in a benefits program, and initial setup of monthly charges.Administrative Operations: Handle essential office tasks, including maintaining organized filing systems and processes.Client Relations: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a professional representation of the company at all times.Compliance Oversight: Keep up with continuing education, and ensure all advertising and social media communications strictly follow state licensure laws and brokerage guidelines.Independent Sales: Utilize your license to sell houses independently during your non-office hours.Qualifications:Licensure: Must hold a current and valid Ohio real estate license.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, property management, or a related administrative field preferred.Technical Proficiency: Google Workspace and real estate software experience is a plus, such as Appfolio and DocuSign.Communication: Outstanding written and spoken communication skills, particularly in handling customer service and lead management.Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and Ohio rules on advertising.About CompanyTurnkey Real Estate Inc. provides full-service property management in Southwest Ohio.
