You will be part of a rapidly growing, medium-sized company that has been recognized as an INC 5000 Fastest Growing Company and a \"Best Place to Work\".\r\nCore Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Development: Execute complete software development, from defining system requirements to final installation\r\nHigh-Integrity Coding: Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for complex functional systems.\r\nSystem Integration: Integrate software components into fully functional systems and develop comprehensive verification plans.\r\nVerification & Testing: Utilize automated systems testing to ensure software functionality and maintain detailed documentation.\r\nTool Deployment: Tailor and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics to optimize performance.\r\nRequired Qualifications & Experience U.S. Person Status: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen .\r\nPrior experience in Avionics software development or Flight Controls .\r\nStrong Knowledge of the DO-178 development standard and prior experience.\r\nStrong command of Object-Oriented languages such as C++, C#, or Python .\r\nBachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent development experience.\r\nWhy This Team?
