Must have strong adherence to all safety policies and wearing all required personal protective equipment at all times.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nMeets minimum quota set for assigned department.\nInspects donated merchandise, as required, analyzing quality and determining proper category.\nSafeguards company property, including donated goods. Reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation or unauthorized possession of company property.\nMay be cross-trained to work as a Retail Sales Associate and/or Forklift Operator.\nReceives and processes merchandise.\nMaintains workstation in an organized and safe manner free from food, drink, or other personal items.\nMaintains a clean work environment, including restrooms, floors, walls, windows, and parking lots, as directed.\nResponsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.
