The incumbent will exhibit a broad perspective and ability to design, build, and lead delivery of effective solutions, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.\nDay in the Life\nWork in a fast-paced agile/scrum environment in which the role would:\nDevelop basic to highly advanced code and designs to maintain new and existing technology systems following company standards.\nAccountable to develop and deliver technical documentation.\nUndergo peer code and design reviews to ensure stable and high-quality production-ready code.\nBuild and maintain applications that meet or exceed industry regulatory requirements.\nFoster and maintain high collaboration with team members, other technical colleagues, and business partners from across the organization.\nEnsure compliance with established SDLC frameworks, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, release management, and deployment.\nEnsure compliance with all the audit and security requirements of the company.\nExercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions.\nReview code for complex maintainability, coding standards and security issues.\nEffectively collaborate with architects to develop and review intended solutions.\nLead a team with meeting project commitments, such as project goals, objectives, and corresponding delivery dates.\nLeading and authoring of technical specifications and detailed designs.\nActive involvement and engineering leadership in multiple complex projects.\nEngages in driving organization technical strategy and innovation efforts.\nProvide engineering leadership and mentorship to all level of engineering staff.\nLead large-scale software projects from start to finish and engage in driving technical strategy and innovation efforts. Conceptualize, plan, design, and build software to solve complex problems.\nParticipate and follow established agile standards (including attending all Agile events) to create a collaborative and efficient development environment and meet project goals and delivery dates.\nFoster innovation to improve on existing challenges and to realize new opportunities.\nAbility to travel as needed to perform position responsibilities.\nAvailability to be on-call as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technology field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nTen years professional work experience in software development required (C# preferred)\nThree years of experience performing as a subject matter expert.
