(NYSE: BFLY) is driving a digital revolution in ultrasound imaging and sensing through its proprietary Ultrasound‑on‑Chip technology and software solutions.\nJob Description We are seeking a Customer Program Manager (CPM) to drive execution of highly technical customer projects across hardware and software engineering for Butterfly Embedded. The CPM will manage programs from concept to commercialization, ensuring partners meet critical technical milestones with high efficiency.\nResponsibilities Program Execution: Own planning and execution of technical projects across R&D, product development and new product introduction.\nCross‑Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, regulatory, quality, legal, and supply chain teams to keep projects on track.\nBudgeting & Resource Management: Track project budgets, forecasts and internal time‑tracking for accurate financial reporting.\nTechnical Roadmap Alignment: Ensure alignment between BFLY Embedded’s technical priorities and partner priorities.\nMilestone Tracking: Keep detailed records of project milestones, technical dependencies and risk management plans.\nRegulatory & Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure medical device compliance, including FDA, ISO and other standards.\nLogistics & Order Fulfillment: Oversee procurement, production scheduling and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and components.\nProcess Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in project execution and improve processes to enhance efficiency.\nQualifications Technical background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.\nExperience in program/project management: 4+ years managing complex technical projects, preferably in hardware, semiconductors or deep tech.\nHighly organized and efficient: Proven track record of handling multiple projects and priorities.\nStrong communication skills: Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable program management plans.\nData‑driven decision making: Proficient in project tracking, reporting and analytics tools.\nExperience coordinating across disciplines: Hardware, software and regulatory teams.\nPreferred but not required:\nPMP, PgMP or equivalent certification.\nExperience with ultrasound or other medical imaging technologies.\nFamiliarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, IEC 60601 or similar standards.\nExposure to high‑volume manufacturing environments.\nUnderstanding of software development processes and integration workflows.\nLocation Hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA.
