Senior Web Producer

We are seeking a talented Senior Web Producer to join our dynamic Web Marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the production of high-quality web experiences that drive engagement and support our marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end production process for marketing pages and campaign experiences on the company website.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all web content meets design, brand, and accessibility standards.Manage project timelines and communicate production requirements to stakeholders effectively.Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to maintain a high standard of web performance and user experience.Support A/B testing and personalization efforts to optimize web journeys and marketing campaigns.Coordinate with localization teams to ensure global web content is accurately represented across different regions.Contribute to the development of web production best practices and documentation.Skills5-7 years of experience in web production or content management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and familiarity with web content management systems.Strong understanding of web QA processes, including cross-browser/device testing and performance optimization.Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and their impact on web design and accessibility.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.Preferred SkillsExperience with web analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices.Experience working on localized websites and coordinating with international stakeholders.We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our success.
