This position maintains, troubleshoots, and/or tests robotic equipment or related automated production systems.\nPrinciple Responsibilities\nDistributes production schedules and work orders to maintenance staff.\nTroubleshoots systems, using programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor, etc.\nDesigns, configures, and works on the application of robotic systems and modifies computer- controlled robot movements.\nDisassembles and reassembles robots or peripheral equipment to make repairs.\nPerforms preventative or corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment and robotic systems.\nMaintains service records of robotic equipment or automated production systems.\nReviews documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing spreadsheets to determine personnel or materials requirements and priorities.\nManages department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.\nExamines documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.\nManages inventories of spare part for equipment\nSupervises preventive and predicative activities, such as routine maintenance systems and periodic inspections.\nCompiles and prepares documentation related to production sequences, personnel schedules, and maintenance, or repair orders.\nEstablishes and prepares product construction directions and locations and information on require tools, materials, equipment, numbers of workers needed, and cost projections\nPress line day downtime analysis\nOn-site response to facility stop (causes/countermeasures) facility daily inspection performance\nEquipment preventive maintenance plan/performance\nAnalysis and improvement of causes of press inconveniences (scrap)\nAttends quality meetings / prepare measures to improve defects\nWorker evaluation management\nManagement 3C5S\nVerifies daily utility inspection performance\nManages of working hours for each worker (weekly/monthly)\nOn-site safety training\nCreates and manages standard documents and manuals\nProcesses spare management (inventory, purchase management)\nReal-time inventory and receipt status management of spare parts\nEquipment registration (history) management\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.\nAt least 5+ years of manufacturing or processing experience required.\nExperience in automobile body parts manufacturing industry preferred.\nBilingual in English and Korean and/or Spanish strongly preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.\nTeam player with high energy and a can-do attitude.\nAbility to make sound decisions under pressure.\nStrong math skills, with capability of understanding and conducting basic arithmetic and statistical operations.\nAbility to quickly recognize errors and inconsistencies in numerical data (good analysis skills).\nMicrosoft Office programs experience such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to establish reports.\nExcellent supervisory skills and communication skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nWork is considered low physical work in an office and production setting, requiring lifting up to 25 pounds of force.
