The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background and a proven ability to lead without direct authority, navigating ambiguity and delivering results with a strong sense of ownership. This role is equivalent in scope and seniority to an Amazon L6 Technical Program Manager.Key Responsibilities:Define Program Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to craft a clear program vision, aligning technical goals with long-term business objectives.Lead End-to-End Execution: Drive the full program lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to release and delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.Oversee Technical Architecture and Risks: Partner with engineers to evaluate system designs, surface technical risks and dependencies, and ensure that reliability and performance are prioritized from the outset.Communicate with Stakeholders: Deliver concise updates to executives, VPs, and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical trade-offs into business impacts. Act as a communications liaison to facilitate cross-collaboration and understanding.Drive Process and Customer Value: Build or refine delivery frameworks and feedback loops to enhance efficiency, while ensuring solutions deliver user-focused outcomes that strengthen our market position and that of our customers.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of progressive experience in technical program or product management.Proven expertise in defining program vision, strategy, and roadmaps.Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-quarter technical programs involving cross-functional teams.Deep understanding of modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing without direct authority.Preferred Qualifications:Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree.In-depth experience with a major cloud platform such as AWS.Experience in a software or artificial intelligence engineering discipline.Experience in a customer-facing role, including pre-sales or account management.Why Join Us?This is not a traditional program management role—it’s a chance to operate as a trusted advisor and force multiplier, driving transformation while shaping technical delivery at scale.
