By working to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management.\r\nLocation\r\nLubbock, Texas | Lakewood, Colorado | Lawrenceville, Georgia | Yarmouth, Maine | Plano, Texas | Remote\r\nTravel\r\n10-25%\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products.\r\nDesign and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars.\r\nEducate users on software functionality as well as on data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions.\r\nPerform consultation/analysis of client business model to identify and document client requirements regarding Tyler products and functionality.\r\nMay recommend options for new approaches in client work processes as appropriate to ensure efficient software solution for the client's needs.\r\nMay identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, process, configuration and other relevant changes.\r\nMay consult with users to identify the proper data mapping process for the product conversion. Provide instruction to clients on proofing and analyzing data conversions from existing software to Tyler applications.\r\nMay create custom reports or customize existing reports to satisfy client requirements. Play an active role in troubleshooting client issues, or work with the Support or Development departments to resolve.\r\nKeep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets and weekly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity.\r\nMay assist QA staff with product testing or modification testing as required.\r\nNotify management and appropriate organization/department of issues or unplanned events that could impact the effectiveness/schedule/budget of the implementation.\r\nCreate both client-facing and internal documentation such as \"quick tips\" and \"how tos\".\r\nAct as liaison between the client and company's technical staff including conveying technical information so that non-technical individuals can understand.\r\nMay participate in the annual User Conference. Facilitate user group discussion on assigned module/topic.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree, or comparable work experience, preferably in the field of accounting, utility billing, community development (permitting, licensing, code enforcement), or ERP Software implementation.\r\nStrong knowledge of principles and concepts in the discipline for which the knowledge transfer will be based is desired.\r\nTypically a minimum of one year experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent industry experience.\r\nExceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.\r\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\r\nFamiliarity and ease with computer systems and Microsoft Office products.\r\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills.\r\nMinimal travel expected to client sites.\r\nState-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements\r\nSalary will generally fall between $58,285 - $70,000 before adjustment for geographic differences.
