At LGC, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality landscape projects and exceptional customer experiences.What You'll DoInstall paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls to project specificationsPrepare job sites, including grading, excavation, and base preparationOperate equipment such as skid loaders, compactors, and cut-off sawsMeasure, cut, and place materials with attention to detail and alignmentRead basic layout plans and follow crew leader directionMaintain clean, organized, and safe work sitesSupport project completion on schedule and to company quality standardsWhat We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in hardscaping, landscaping, construction, or related outdoor workValid driver's licenseAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbsExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamAttention to detail in layout and installation workPhysical Requirements & Work Environment Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and extended standingOccasional extended or irregular hours as neededTravel within the local service areaThis position description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work performed.
