Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Remote

The Sr. HRBP will serve as a key partner to site leadership, driving people strategies that support operational performance, workforce effectiveness, and business growth. This role aligns talent initiatives with business priorities, anticipates workforce needs, and delivers practical, results-driven HR solutions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This is a remote role supporting Eastern Time Zone operations; availability during EST business hours is required.Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, the Sr. HRBP works closely with leaders on the production floor and across the organization to influence decisions, resolve challenges, and strengthen employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipAdvise leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce challenges Deliver HR coaching and support leadership development Implement HR programs and contribute to overall HR strategy Monitor and report on workforce metrics and trends Talent & Workforce PlanningLead workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management Drive internal mobility and employee development Partner on compensation decisions and headcount planning Align workforce capabilities with operational needs Change & EngagementLead HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement Promote a culture of adaptability, accountability, and inclusion Execute engagement strategies, surveys, and retention efforts HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies Partner with payroll and leadership on accurate pay and timekeeping practices Support employee relations, investigations, and separations Maintain accurate HR data and reporting General SupportPartner with talent acquisition on hiring efforts Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Manage contingent workforce as neededQualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in manufacturing Union experience a plus Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance Proven ability to influence, problem-solve, and manage priorities Strong communication, business acumen, and leadership skills'Employnet follows an equal opportunity employment policy in all aspects of employment and employs personnel without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation.
