This role involves assembly, packaging, repair, and testing of equipment similar to computers and generators while following established manufacturing and quality procedures.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Perform assembly, packaging, repair, and testing operations.\n* Follow written procedures, work instructions, and verbal directions.\n* Handle small components and parts with care and attention to detail.\n* Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation.\n* Ensure parts are properly documented and traceable.\n* Use computer software, electronic data collection systems, and ERP systems as required.\n* Follow safety, ESD, quality, QMS, and regulatory requirements.\n* Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.\n* Communicate problems, ideas, and solutions clearly with team members and management.\n* Prioritize assigned work and meet production and quality goals.\n* Maintain a professional and positive attitude with coworkers, management, and visitors.\n\nRequirements\n\n* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n* Manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar experience.\n* Ability to communicate effectively in *English, both written and verbal*.\n* Ability to recognize and distinguish colors.\n* Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.\n* Basic computer skills; *ERP experience preferred*.\n* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n* Ability to work 40 hours Monday–Friday with reliable attendance.\n* *No absences during the first 30 days.*\n* Ability to work overtime as production needs vary.\n* Medical device, electronics, capital equipment, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.\n* Basic Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred.\n\nImportant Work Environment & Dress Requirements\n\nThis is an *ESD manufacturing environment, NOT a clean room*.\n\nProduction areas require clean, tightly woven, non-shedding clothing. No fleece, loose-knit materials, frayed clothing, glitter, sequins, tassels, or loose threads. Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required, with heels no higher than 2 inches. Socks or stockings are required. Clothing must cover the torso, upper arms, and legs.
