In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between designated locations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience within a construction site. Your enthusiasm for driving and excellent customer service skills will help us deliver top-tier transportation solutions while maintaining our high safety standards.\nFull and Part Time positions available Monday-Saturday:\nShuttle Hours are 4:30am - 2:30am.\nSchedules include:\n4 Buses from 4:30am - 6:00pm (2 drivers per bus)\n1 bus from 6:00pm - 2:30am\nResponsibilities\nSafely operate shuttle vehicles, including motorcoach buses, and mini buses on designated routes or schedules\nAssist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing friendly and professional customer service\nConduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness before each shift\nCommunicate clearly with dispatchers and passengers to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and route updates\nPerform light maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues\nHandle heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or equipment loading/unloading\nMaintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition throughout your shift\nQualifications\nProven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles involving commercial driving\nValid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; appropriate endorsements for passenger transport required\nStrong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members\nKnowledge of safety protocols related to paratransit or school bus driving is advantageous\nAbility to remain alert during long shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently\nCommitment to providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude\nJoin us as a Shuttle Driver and be part of a dedicated team that values safety, service excellence, and community!
