They are currently seeking general warehouse labor positions for their distribution center.Hourly Rate: $16.00Work Hours:Several Morning Shifts Available:Monday to Thursday: 5:00 AM 3:30 PMMonday to Friday: 5:00 AM 1:30 PMMonday to Friday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Sanitize work areasEnsure the maintenance of the warehouse areas, parking lot, and offices.Ensure cleaning is performed beneath the storage units.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks on timeSweep and mop warehouse floorsClean bathroomsFollow safety guidelinesKeep up with housekeeping inventoryManage waste, including keeping garbage containers clean and organizedPerform other duties as neededWhat You Need to Qualify:Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety.Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.What Other Skills Would We Love to See?Experience working in a warehouse environment.What Physical Activities Will You Do?Constant (100%) standing and walking during workday.Frequent (70%) pushing, pulling, grasping, stretching, bending, twisting, reaching over head.Occasional (30%) stooping, climbing, and squeezing.Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbsAt Avalon Services Group, we provide reliable and compliant staffing solutions to warehouses, logistics centers, and distribution centers across the nation.
