Reporting directly to the Deputy Director, this position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and making visible the operational data and performance metrics that inform leadership decision-making.\r\nThis role will evaluate how the Office is functioning across programs, identify trends and performance indicators, and produce clear, structured reporting that supports operational accountability, grant compliance, and strategic planning.
