As our production volume continues to grow, we’re looking to add a Production Coordinator to support day-to-day production operations and help keep timelines, communication, and execution running smoothly.Role OverviewThe Production Coordinator will support the Production Manager with daily production tasks, factory communication, and production tracking. This role is highly detail-oriented and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants hands-on experience in apparel production.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily communication with overseas and domestic factoriesTrack production timelines, samples, approvals, and bulk ordersMaintain and update production trackers, POs, and status documentsCoordinate sample shipments and follow-upsAssist with fabric, trim, and packaging approvalsHelp flag delays or issues and escalate as neededSupport quality checks, tagging coordination, and delivery timelinesProvide general production and operations support as neededQualifications1–3 years of experience in production, operations, or apparel coordination preferredStrong organizational and follow-up skillsExcellent written communication, especially with overseas partnersComfortable working with spreadsheets and production trackersDetail-oriented, proactive, and reliableAbility to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
