This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.RequirementsGreet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer, screen, and route phone calls promptly and accuratelySchedule, confirm, and cancel appointments using electronic medical record (EMR) systemsCollect and verify patient insurance information and demographicsCheck patients in and out, ensuring all forms are completed accuratelyCollect co-pays, balances, and other payments; provide receipts as necessaryMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulationsEnsure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcomingRespond to patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff memberPerform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and copyingCollaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and physicians for seamless workflowMonitor and order office supplies as neededAssist in administration of daily TMS treatmentsAssist in Spravato administration and monitoring during treatmentWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
