You'll play a critical role in keeping our platform fast, secure, and scalable.Your Role at Orange Logic:Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software deliveryManage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on performance and cost efficiencyImplement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) to drive consistency and repeatabilityMonitor system health, respond to incidents, and lead post-mortems to continuously improve reliabilityCollaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices into the development lifecycleChampion security standards across environments — from secrets management to network controlsDrive automation initiatives that eliminate toil and accelerate team velocityIdeal Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roleHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent)Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.)Scripting fluency in Python, Bash, or similarA security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001 a plus)SaaS or enterprise software environment experience strongly preferredPerks of Joining the Team:Competitive compensationMedical, Dental, & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability Insurance401(k) & Roth with 4% employer match (fully vested)20 Days PTO8 Weeks Parental Leave8 Company HolidaysRemote Work EnvironmentCompensation:The target compensation for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 in most remote locations.
