You will also assist with training and supervising Team Members to ensure The Freddy’s Experience is created for each guest\n\nJob Duties & Responsibilities:\nTeaches and practices Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness\nLeads by example\nAssists in developing a professional work environment by following all company policies\nFollow all procedures and checklists to achieve consistency between shifts\nOrganized and develops good time management skills\nAlways willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and constructive criticism\nSupervises Team Members on the floor often while working one of the stations\nMonitors staff and focuses on coaching and refining Team Member skills\nEnsures cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment\nAssist the management team in various business duties\nRequirements:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nOne year Restaurant Supervisor or other related experience generally required.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate detailed information to guests, colleagues, and management.\nExcellent guest service skills with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner to develop and maintain strong working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nNatural leadership skills and ability to lead, motivate, and empower team\nMust pass background check\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nLicenses and Certification o Non-expired driver’s license o Current foodservice certificates as required by state law and/or must be obtained within first 30 days of employment\nMust be available to work morning, day, and evening shifts including weekends.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment: (Including but not limited to)\nThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
