Facilitate daily team startup meetings as well as safety meetings.\nFoster a positive and productive work environment.\nProvide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure they meet their performance goals.\nOversee the efficient and effective operation of the second shift.\nEnsure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.\nAddress, and resolve any issues, or challenges that arise during the shift.\nMonitor product or service quality to ensure it meets company and customer expectations.\nCommunicate with management on issues and production requirements through conversations, phone, or email.\nHelp support activities related to Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.\nHelp lead continuous improvement activities on 2nd Shift.\n\nWhat Qualifies You:\n\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret company documents including production drawings.\nStrong leadership and management skills are essential to lead and motivate a team effectively.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to convey instructions, report issues, and collaborate with other departments.\nThe ability to identify and address issues, make decisions under pressure, and implement solutions is crucial.\nBasic Computer skills using applications such as email Microsoft Word and Excel.\nSecondary education or training in manufacturing and continuous improvement are desirable.\n\nEqual Opportunity: MIRATECH is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
