What You'll DoProcess Design and OptimizationDevelop and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Continuous ImprovementLead and participate in process improvement projects, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality. Project ManagementLead process improvement projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Data AnalysisAnalyze process data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions for performance enhancement.CollaborationWork closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies. DocumentationPrepare and maintain detailed documentation of process specifications, procedures, and changes.Training and MentorshipProvide training and guidance to junior engineers and production staff on process best practices and safety protocols. Help to perform annual junior engineers' evaluation.ComplianceEnsure all processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. What You'll BringBachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering, with a focus on manufacturing.Must have automation experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience implementing process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet objectives and timelines. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to manufacturing processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning. Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
