This role requires strong program management and organizational skills. Serve as trusted advisor and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and teams across Maximus.\n\nMaintain and monitor project scope, objectives, milestones, and tasks while maintaining Key Performance Indicators.\n\nReview detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.\n\nMonitor program resource needs and resource plans.\n\nConduct program review meetings at a regular cadence and maintain responsibility for tracking and analysis.\n\nReview product scope and change requests to determine risks to programs and opportunities to consolidate or reuse technology.\n\nFacilitate processes to identify high risk cybersecurity postures for improvements, remediation and corrective action.\n\nReview deliverables and customer deliverable feedback to identify risks or issues in program execution.\n\nResolve, make recommendations, and escale risks and issues using Risk Management best practices.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required.\n\nJob‑Specific Minimum Requirements\n\nBachelor's degree with 10+ years of program/project management experience.\n\nExperience working across entire lifecycle of Federal programs, from capture to execution to closeout.\n\nExperience transitioning internally built technology into programs and establishing KPIs for program technology health.\n\nUnited States citizenship is required.\n\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a DoD‑issued Secret security clearance.\n\nAbility to engage and collaborate across various business stakeholder teams to engage shared resources, subject matter experts, business SMEs, and decision makers to enable successful, timely and quality delivery of program/project initiatives.\n\nAbility to present and articulate program status, challenges, and deployments objectively at all levels within the organization.\n\nExcellent client relationship development and management experience recommending, developing, and communicating approaches for resolving specific issues.\n\nExcellent and holistic communication skills, including oral and written communication coupled with the proven ability to provide leadership and mentorship to existing team members.
