This is a hands-on role in a rotating shift environment with opportunities for advancement, to also fill in for the Production Manager in their absence.\nWhat you will be doing:\nPerform all job duties in strict adherence to safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements\nHandle hazardous chemicals and waste in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations\nMonitors condition of unit and troubleshoots when parameters are found to be out of normal operating range\nMaintais log of gauge readings and shift production using either paper or electronic logs (iProcess)\nInspects fire extinguishers, respiratory protections equipment, and safety showers\nPerform chemical tests on product sample to ensure conformance with specifications, using standard test equipment, materials, and procedure\nInspect equipment in unit to determine location and nature of malfunction, such as leaks, breakage, and faulty valves.
