Apply today!Responsibilities:Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as neededHandle additional maintenance tasks as neededKeep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last servicedPerform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairsEstablish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risksQualifications:High school diploma/GED or equivalentFlexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekendsAt least 2 years of maintenance experienceSuperb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skillsAdvanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniquesAbout Company:Modern accommodations and friendly service in Jasper!We are a 65-room hotel here right off the interstate.
