A willingness to enhance skills by participation in classroom and online training is required.ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of a service manager are managing shop production, bay workflow, quality control, customer satisfaction, and shop image...Works as the primary point of contact with customers and is the liaison to the shop team.Responsible for generating customer estimates, selling repairs and maintenance, preparing the necessary paperwork, and completing customer communication for vehicle delivery.In the shop, this team member also drives bay management and assignment of jobs, ensures proper completion of vehicle inspections by technicians, locates and stages repair parts, and double-checks finished vehicles.Other duties and responsibilities of this position also include cash management, daily record keeping, managing shop maintenance schedules, and achieving sales/traffic goals for several service areas.QualificationsMinimum 6 months of retail selling and customer serviceHigh energy levelSales aptitudeGreat communication skillsThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
