This role is for a dynamic leader who can drive and inspire cross-functional teams to exceed technical, schedule, and budgetary goals in a high-stakes, highly-regulated industry.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\nOrchestrate and lead: Direct and motivate integrated program teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to delivery.\nSet the strategy: Define and manage the overall program plan, including scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and resources. Navigate our phase-gate process and drive timely execution.\nMitigate risk: Apply a meticulous and proactive approach to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Develop robust strategies to prevent and resolve issues before they can impact program success.\nChampion customer satisfaction: Serve as the primary liaison between our team and external stakeholders.
