We even offer Ace Accreditation of up to 32 college credits for completion and certification of Jiffy Lube University courses.\n\nBenefits\n\nHealth Insurance\n\nPhysical Qualifications\n\nMust be able to operate equipment such as overhead and floor-mounted oil and grease guns, transmission machines, air conditioner service machines, radiator service machines, hand tools, and basic shop equipment\n\nMust be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds\n\nMust be able to push, pull, lift, and bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, and turn head-neck-shoulders as needed\n\nJob Duties Include, but are not limited to:\n\nProvide Jiffy Lube Guests with exceptional and world-class customer service\n\nBuilding relationships with Jiffy Lube Guests’ by developing trust and rapport\n\nProvide store-level leadership to teammates through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management\n\nAssist Techs performing Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil, routine preventative maintenance, and service filters, fluids, wipers, tire rotations, and other minor services\n\nManaging store inventory, product ordering, and receiving\n\nOversee store operations to ensure compliance and quality standards\n\nEnsure the store is open and closed as per Jiffy Lube guidelines\n\nPerform building and shop maintenance to improve appearance and curb appeal\n\nQualifications\n\nPrevious experience is required and MUST have 1+ years working for a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube.
