The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions that meet organizational needs.\n\n#EMS!\n#LI-NS1\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\n\nCustomize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)\nDevelop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript\nProvide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues\nImplement Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)\nConduct or oversee unit testing and deploy solutions following best practices and security standards\nManage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems\nIntegrate CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer sciences/engineering, associated discipline, or equivalent technical experience.\nMinimum of 2 plus years of experience developing proven solutions in customization and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM\nStrong knowledge of C, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS\nDeep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and the Dynamics 365 SDK\nExperience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipeline management\nFamiliarity with SQL Server and data modeling\nAbility to build advanced data visualizations using Power BI and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)\nAbility to communicate with, understand, and translate business needs into software development requirements.\nAbility to provide customer support to end users working with custom applications.\nKnowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and QA testing.\nGood aptitude for basic business concepts.\nStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with end-users and technical team, including all levels of management.\nAbility to work in a rapidly changing environment.\nAbility to multi-task and self-motivate.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nAbility to work in an office environment using laptop, cell phone, and office phones.
