This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while providing memorable dining experiences for our guests.\nDuties\nGreet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit\nTake accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable\nUpsell menu items and suggest wine pairings or specials to enhance guest satisfaction\nServe food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards\nHandle cash transactions accurately and process payments through POS systems\nEnsure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times\nAssist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders\nAddress guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction\nSupport host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings\nFamiliarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously\nExcellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting\nBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately\nKnowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures\nAbility to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales opportunities\nExperience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required\nFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed\nJoin our team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and hospitality.
