Job Description OVERNIGHT MOBILE AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC -$2,000 Sign-on Bonus! We're looking for an experienced Mobile Automotive Mechanic to join our overnight fleet service team. In this role, you'll work independently across multiple locations, performing diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on a variety of fleet vehicles.This position is ideal for technicians who values autonomy, consistent hourly pay (non flat rate) and working with modern tools in a growing, tech-enabled service model.Shift: 6pm-2amWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?$30–$35/hour based on experience (guaranteed hourly, not flat rate).$2000 Sign-On Bonus paid over 90 days ($500,$500,$1000)Paid drive time between jobsCompany-provided service vehicleFull benefits: medical, dental, visionPaid time off + sick timeStable, full-time hours (no seasonal fluctuation)Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across fleet vehiclesPerform preventative maintenance (oil, brakes, tires, fluids, etc.)Use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve issues efficientlyCommunicate clearly with internal teams regarding repairs and timelinesEnsure all work meets safety and compliance standardsVerify repairs through testing and quality checksWHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?5+ years of professional automotive repair experience (fleet experience preferred)Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systemsExperience with tools/software such as ProDemand or similarAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust provide basic toolsPreferred (not required):ASE certificationsWHO ARE WE?
