In this role, you will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define program plans, align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution. You will identify risks, remove obstacles, and ensure teams deliver high-quality software on schedule that meet our customers needs.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nBuild and implement execution plans to ensure we meet the needs of the business\n\nBuild relationships and work closely with partners across NVIDIA\n\nOwn all aspects of technical program management – planning, forecasting, documenting, scheduling, running effective meetings, prioritization, dependency management, reporting, and escalations\n\nBuild and own metrics for measuring program efficiency, collect and analyze data in support of planning and data driven decisions\n\nReport on overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management\n\nWork with multi-functional matrixed teams - guide teams crafting for sophisticated, complex, competing and often conflicting customer requirements and moderate technical discussions to successful conclusions\n\nServe as liaison between developers and customers, connecting those with and without technical backgrounds. Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancement opportunities.\n\nWhat We Need To See:\n\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field with proven program management expertise and proficiency in technical and management practices\n\n3+ years program management experience including proven ability managing enterprise software products\n\nDemonstrated skill in engaging and moderating successful engagements with engineering partners and customers\n\nOutstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences with strong problem-solving and conflict leadership skills\n\nIn-depth understanding of software engineering principles and quality requirements in enterprise systems and experience in AI training environments and managing resource availability\n\nStrong multitasking abilities with a focus on thoroughness and rapid context switching with knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, project planning, and task tracking tools\n\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to use project management tools (e.g. Linear, Jira, Aha!, Confluence) and distributed version control systems (e.g. Git)\n\nWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:\n\nLinks to open source projects that you’ve built with the help of AI\n\nPrior experience in software development, release and support\n\nDemonstrated history of shipping SDKs and CLIs\n\nBackground in computer science, machine learning, deep learning, open source software, and GPU technology\n\nWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA has some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world inventing the future with us.
