Select correct tools and fixtures. * Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. * Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. * Create labor records for all transactions. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.1. Minimum Years of experience: 2 – 3 years2. Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED3. Languages competency? English4. Is there any certification required? IPC-610 5. Key Skills:- Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards- Read design drawings- Electronic component identification- Understanding of Quality standards- Ability to use microscope for long periods of time6. Key Abilities: follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects7. Is travel required? No8. Is it a home-office position? No9. Is there any system/knowledge candidates need to have proficiency in? computer skills, SAP10. Is field Experience required? No11. Job level expectation: beginner to Intermediate 12.
