About the Opportunity:The Technical Program Manager (Post-Sales) role is responsible for coordinating technical execution within the Post-Sales teams in the United States. This position ensures smooth transitions from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales by maintaining clear execution plans, managing technical dependencies, ownership, and customer health. The role contributes to making post-sales operations predictable and scalable by coordinating across teams and maintaining visibility into customer environments and core technical issues.3. Responsibilities:Coordinate technical execution across US Post-Sales customers, maintaining plans, dependencies, risks, ownership, and status.Manage the transition from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales, ensuring transfer of customer architecture, technical requirements, dependencies, documentation, and ownership.Collaborate with architects and engineers to convert production requirements into execution plans and identify gaps.Identify and implement practical improvements in Post-Sales processes.Develop and maintain reporting on customer health, technical issues, risks, blockers, team capacity, and initiatives.Oversee and enhance Jira boards, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.Create and maintain processes, procedures, playbooks, templates, and technical and operational documentation.4. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years in technical program management or related roles.Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, and cloud production environments.Technical fluency with the ability to understand customer architectures, dependencies, constraints, and risks.Experience managing complex technical initiatives involving multiple teams.Skill in translating technical requirements into structured plans and identifying missing dependencies.Proficiency in reading, understanding, and producing technical documentation related to cloud infrastructure.Advanced hands-on experience with Jira including boards, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation.Knowledge of change management practices.Fluent in English.Preferred qualifications:Experience in Post-Sales, Customer Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or GPU workloads.Knowledge of Kubernetes, workload schedulers, or large-scale compute environments.Understanding of service delivery methodologies such as PMI, ITIL, or Agile.Experience working in globally distributed technology organizations.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base compensation range: $179,500—$224,300 USD.Competitive compensation and benefits packages determined by experience, skills, qualifications, hiring level, and location.6.
