Be part of our community that recognizes achievements, promotes from within, and receive meaningful benefits which focus on your physical, mental and financial well-being.www.gen2fund.com What’s the role?This role will be responsible for client solutions and success management for Gen II’s proprietary performance & attribution and data platforms, Sensr Analytics and DataBridge.  You will be working closely with our clients and Gen II’s internal teams (e.g. accounting, onboarding, and product management) to successfully realize initial and continuous value on the platforms.  As a trusted subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and advice. What you’ll be doingOwn senior relationships with clients - manage and monitor client healthCommunicate effectively with end-users to understand customer needs, manage expectations, handle & escalate risk and communicate statusesArchitect and implement solutions to client use cases and/or business problemsCollaborate with product management to improve products and/or workflowsManage, grow and mentor client success managers The ideal background for this role:Required8+ years’ experience in fintech (SaaS, Technology Services or Software industry) or financial servicesKnowledge of performance & valuation reporting, financial reporting, and/or general ledger accountingRelationship and crisis management experienceStrong Technical Solutioning experience - you apply technical and business acumen to fully leverage platform capabilities to solve business problems or address client inquiriesExpert in Excel and its applications in finance (e.g. modeling, reporting, etc.) - you love to tinker and can write formulas with easeExperience with data ETL and related systems (e.g. data flows, databases, data delivery, API’s, etc.)Team management experienceTechnical implementations experienceBachelor’s degree. Finance (Accounting, Finance, Economics) and/or STEM degreeDesiredFund accounting (ideally Private Equity) experienceAI experienceProject management experienceSuperior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issuesAbility to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly changing environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines  The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $190,000 in addition to a commission plan and comprehensive benefits package.
