We operate out of seven locations with nearly 1,000,000 sqft of warehouse space. A role in our distribution center means being in the heart of getting products to our customers as quickly as possible.\n\nAs a Pallet Associate at Four Hands, you will be responsible for building custom pallets and ensuring timely shipment of our high-quality furniture products. Your role will be crucial in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional furniture products to our customers swiftly and effectively.\nShift time: 8am - 5pm\n\nIn This Role\n\nConstruct custom pallets using air-powered nail guns, adhering to safety protocols and assembly guidelines to maintain high standards of workmanship\nUtilize equipment such as power saws, table saws, and radial arm saws to cut wood to precise specifications, ensuring quality and consistency in every piece\nLoad and unload containers and trucks\nHandle palletized products and move them to designated storage areas within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization and accessibility\nIdentify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading, as needed to ensure accurate order fulfillment\nMeet productivity requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team\nOther duties as assigned by Management\n\nThe Ideal Person\n\nProficient in using and reading a measuring tape, ensuring accurate handling and processing of materials\nExperience working in warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus\nForklift operator experience and certification is a plus\nComfortable working independently and in a team environment\nMaintain an exceptionally clean and safe work environment\nCapable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. and standing/lifting for up to 8 hours\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive hourly wages\nGenerous flexible time off program – 2 weeks a year!\nFree Employee Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits and 401(k) + match\n$200 sign on bonus\n$30 monthly snack bonus!\nPaid parental leave for both Moms and Dads!\n\nAbout Four Hands\nFour Hands manufactures and distributes home furnishing products, serving as design leader for some of the most highly regarded home and lifestyle brands, and selling our portfolio through online platforms and retailers nationwide.
