The SD III shall perform software programming, integration, and programmatic technical support for various information systems. The SD III shall develop and provide programs to assist with the daily activities of employee’s usage on various information systems. The SD III shall work with and integrating into an enterprise environment, including Active Directory support. The SD III shall design software tools that include system calls to other third-party tools and utilities specified by the Government. The SD III shall customize and adapt third party applications and code to meet operational, administrative, and analytic requirements. The SD III shall support and coordinate with other Developers, Engineers, and Administrators. The SD III shall design, maintain, and implement GOTS software designed around a specific set of requirements or to use particular methodologies required to meet specific procedural requirements. The SD III shall support the unit with other duties as assigned within the scope of work.\nMinimum General Experience:\nLeading all phases of software development, including system design, analysis, architecture, and engineering; programing, designing, analyzing, coding, implementation, and testing\nUtilizing software applications, modules, and databases in various languages, including those associated with scientific, technical, or engineering problems\nDesigning a desire outcome based on requested functionality\nWriting programs that achieve a desired outcome or workflow from nothing more than observation of desired outcomes, workflows, or from vague original concepts\nDeveloping and writing original website and database applications that model existing workflow into automated systems\nFamiliarity with techniques to interact with data stored in Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and other Database (DB) formats.\nKnowledge of Information Security Systems (ISS) and security standards of Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) and classified data.\nKnowledge of current Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA)\nMultiple programming languages necessary to meet a diverse set of requirements. The Contractor must be familiar with a variety of scripts, programming languages, and operating systems. Examples of relevant computer programming languages currently used to design and deploy components include, but are not limited to:\nC#\nPython\nPowerShell\nASP.NET\nStructured Query Language (SQL)\nExtensible Markup Language (XML)\nWeb Services Description Language (WSDL)\nAngular\nHTML\nJavaScript\nMicroservices Architecture\nProducing specifications and design documentation including:\nProcess Flow\nClass Diagrams\nSequence Diagrams\nPhysical Architecture\nSystem and Web Service Interface Specifications\nData Dictionary\nData Model\nPreferred Skills:\nExperienced deploying container based solutions.\nHTML\nJavaScript\nMicroservices Architecture\nMinimum Education:\nFour (4) year college degree in software development or computer science, plus ten (10) years’ experience software development for systems in a production environment as detailed above.
