This is an entry-level position where you can gain experience and knowledge of the construction and excavating industry. We are a small growing company based in *Franklin, IN*. We specialize in excavation and site utility work. We are a family-owned business that values our employees and their families\n\n*Duties* *& Responsibilities*\n\n* Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground pipes include water, sewer and storm\n* Assist with grading and finish landscaping including seed and straw blowing, planting installation and\n* Opportunity to learn heavy equipment operating such as excavators, loaders, dozers and dump trucks\n* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly\n\n*Skills *\n\nExperience not required for an entry level position. Compensation will be based on experience level.
