From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we’re committed to your success.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and document end-to-end system architectures on AWS\nTranslate business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technical solutions\nDefine integration strategies using APIs, microservices, and middleware\nLead integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., Athena, CAMS, supplier systems)\nDefine high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization strategies\nDrive DevOps alignment and CI/CD practices\nEnsure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standards\nCollaborate with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect\nStrong AWS cloud architecture expertise\nExperience with APIs, microservices, and system integrations\nProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines\nStrong understanding of security principles (IAM, encryption, compliance)\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with distributed and event-driven architectures\nExperience in enterprise-scale platforms\nFamiliarity with manufacturing or engineering systems\n\nOther requirements:\nAbility to obtain security clearance (if required)\nUS Resident | US Citizenship\nFully Bilingual (Spanish and English)\nWork Modality: Hybrid\nLocation: San Juan, Puerto Rico\n\nBenefits and Perks\nWe believe in supporting our employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
