TMS Spravato Administrator

We are a growing behavioral health practice dedicated to providing cutting-edge treatments for depression and other mental health conditions. We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and eager to develop specialized skills in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) treatment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and assist patients during Spravato and TMS sessions.Monitor patients for safety and comfort during and after treatment.Accurately document patient responses and maintain compliance with DEA, REMS, and practice protocols.Ensure treatment areas are properly set up and sanitized.Provide patient education and build supportive, professional rapport.Support providers with routine clinical and administrative tasks.Travel between clinic locations as needed (mileage reimbursed).QualificationsCertified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) – required.Previous experience in psychiatry, neurology, or TMS preferred, but training will be provided.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Comfortable working with patients undergoing novel psychiatric treatments.Must be reliable, professional, and flexible with travel.
