You will supervise the warehouse team, supervise implementation and maintenance of logistics processes, and oversee inventory management, security, and safety of the warehouse.\nWork Shift and Hours:\nMonday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm or depending on business needs.\nCompensation Details:\nThe expected base salary for this position is starting at $59,000 annually depending on experience.\nThis position is also commission eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.\nIn this role you will:\nSupervise warehouse staff and designate daily work assignments\nSupervise inbound and outbound shipping activity, ensure customer service goals are attained\nSelect routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in compliance\nMaintain security of warehouse equipment and material\nEnsure all procedures are followed under ISO regulations and ensure employees are following safety rules\nWhat you bring to the table:\nLeadership skills including ability to delegate and prioritize\nAbility to safely perform physical activities associated with warehouse work\nKnowledge of proper use of PPE\nExperience using warehouse management systems\n2+ years supervisory, warehouse and logistics experience preferred\n4 year degree preferred\nThe Value of Graybar:\nAt Graybar, we are known for our comprehensive benefits and our employee stock ownership plan!
