Join the team at WarHorse Gaming as a Beverage Outlet Manager and help lead one of the region’s most exciting entertainment destinations.This leadership role is responsible for the overall operation and success of multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding service, strong financial performance, team development, and memorable guest experiences.What You’ll DoAs a Food & Beverage Manager, you will:Lead, schedule, supervise, train, and develop front-of-house Team MembersPartner closely with culinary leadership to ensure quality, consistency, and timely serviceDrive exceptional guest service while resolving concerns professionally and efficientlyMaintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and food qualityMonitor labor, food costs, inventory, payroll, and departmental budgetsOversee POS operations and ensure accurate cash handling and comp proceduresDevelop promotions and operational strategies to increase revenue and guest engagementEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, gaming regulations, and health standardsInspect equipment, supplies, and work areas to maintain operational excellenceFoster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and guest satisfactionSupport and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse GamingWhat We’re Looking For✔ High school diploma or GED required✔ Minimum of 8 years of Food & Beverage experience✔ Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role✔ Strong knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations✔ Experience with POS systems and operational programming✔ Financial management, budgeting, and labor control experience✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Skills & StrengthsWe’re looking for leaders who demonstrate:Guest FocusTeamwork & CollaborationInitiativeDecision MakingProfessional CommunicationEthical ConductFlexibility & AdaptabilityStress Management & ComposureCertifications & LicensingThis Position Requires The Ability To Obtain And MaintainNebraska Gaming LicenseFood Handler CertificationServSafe CertificationTIPS Alcohol CertificationThis role also includes comp authority and responsibility involving the service and distribution of alcoholic beverages.Schedule ExpectationsHospitality never stands still — and neither do we.
