This role is critical in maintaining 24x7x365 uptime, performance, and reliability across production and corporate networks.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administration, monitoring, and support of enterprise and production network infrastructureSupport incident response and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud (AWS/VPC) environmentsAssist in maintaining high availability and performance of critical systems supporting global gaming platformsConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP)Support and manage network hardware and security appliances, including Cisco and Juniper devicesAssist with firewall configuration and VPN connectivity (IPSec, SSL-VPN)Work with load balancing technologies such as F5 Big-IP (LTM/GTM)Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Observium, Cacti, SNMP, and SyslogParticipate in on-call rotation and support high-priority production incidentsDocument network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting stepsCollaborate with engineering teams on network improvements, upgrades, and automation initiativesQualifications3–6+ years of experience in network administration or network operationsStrong experience with Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASA) and/or Juniper (SRX, M-series)Solid understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)Hands-on experience with routing and switching in enterprise environmentsExposure to firewalls and network security conceptsExperience supporting production environments with high uptime requirementsFamiliarity with network monitoring and alerting toolsExperience with AWS networking (VPC, routing, security groups, peering)Exposure to load balancing technologies (F5, Riverbed Zeus)Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, Ansible)Ready to make an impact?
