The team is looking for someone who can challenge technical decisions, identify performance concerns, and contribute to design-pattern and architecture discussions.Technical Priorities: Java and Spring Boot are the top priorities, followed by database technologies, caching/Redis, and a high-level understanding of e-commerce architecture.Infrastructure: Cloud, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes are secondary, but candidates should have basic infrastructure/deployment knowledge and understand how their code is deployed.Domain: Retail is preferred, but not mandatory. The most relevant domain experience is e-commerce product/catalog, as the team owns Catalog & Search.
