The Senior Data Analyst leads analysis, integration, modeling, and reporting of enterprise data in support of financial, logistics, ERP, and human resources functions. The Senior Data Analyst develops logical data models, interfaces, and validation specifications; supports data warehousing and legacy system migration, and provides authoritative data products for decision support and audit readiness.\nThis is a full-time, on-site position in Dahlgren, Virginia.\nCFT offers a competitive benefit package and collaborative work environment with a strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.\nEmployment is contingent upon award.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, document, and maintain logical data models, interface specifications, data mappings, and load/validation rules to support data warehouse and reporting solutions\nDevelop queries, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to support Working Capital Fund, ERP, HR, and financial analysis needs.\nSupport conversion of legacy systems, including defining ETL specifications and ensuring data integrity\nAnalyze operational and business data sets to detect quality issues, reconcile inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions\nCoordinate with program leadership to deliver data products that inform cost, readiness, resource allocation, and compliance\nQualifications\nSix (6) years of professional experience in data warehousing and integration, including requirements definition and application design\nHands-on experience with SQL, performance/load specifications, data validation specifications, and enterprise data integration\nWorking knowledge of DoD/Navy Working Capital Fund and ERP environments\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience producing dashboards and data quality reports that become part of formal contract data submissions.\nExperience with Navy data and business intelligence/reporting environments\nPhysical Demands\nMust be able to sit and stand for long periods of time\nOccasional travel and overtime may be required\nRequired Clearances and Screenings\nThis position is subject to a government background investigation (BI) and must meet eligibility for access to classified information.
