Help to build and maintain relationships and consistently following-up with instructors/teachers, students, parents, and school administrators as needed. Bringing concerns of students, parents, instructors and school administrators to the attention of management and working as a team to resolve any issues or concerns. The Academic Program Supervisor will also have administrative duties such as data entry, creating and monitoring reports, updating employee data.
