Utilizes best practices as identified from professional organizations (American Academy of Sleep Medicine) to ensure optimal quality, competency, safety, and patient experience.\nJob Description:\nSchedule: 730pm to 630am. Paid lunches\nLocation: Encircle Health with occasional travel to Shawno and Berlin\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nDemonstrates age-specific competency in the evaluation of the patient for readiness. Educates the patient, conducts diagnostic testing, and provides analysis for the referring provider.\nInterprets and communicates with referring provider regarding patient status and treatment response to provide best practice and continuity of care.\nIs accountable for completion of department and ThedaCare annual competencies and education to meet license requirements.
