We're a growing Buy Here Pay Here auto dealership group in the DFW area, looking for a sharp, organized Office Assistant / Title Clerk to join our team. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to grow with a fast-moving company, we want to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Maintain and organize customer deal files and records
• Assist with data entry, filing, and front office administrative tasks
• Process and track vehicle titles, liens, and DMV paperworkWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
• Prior title clerk or auto dealership experience is a PLUS — but we will train the right person
• Dependable, professional, and a team player
