You’ll bring knowledge of warehouse business processes and apply your expertise to configure and optimize the Infor WMS application to meet client needs. Your primary focus will be guiding customers through the implementation journey, helping them adopt and maximize the value of Infor’s WMS solution.\n\nA Day in the Life Typically Includes:\n\nAct in a consulting role on assigned projects.\nProvide in-depth application and business consultation in targeted processes.\nAnalyze customers' business requirements objectives and develops business processes to meet customers' business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application.\nApply Infor implementation methodology and assist customers in using available tools to deploy the Infor solution efficiently.\nPrepare weekly status reports for Infor and client project management.\nWork as an integral part of the project team – coordinating activities with Infor project manager and working effectively with customer and Infor team members of all levels.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nExperience with WMS software applications.\nExperience with warehouse activities: Receiving, Putaway, Order Selection, Replenishment, Inventory Control, Shipping and warehouse business processes.\nExperience with the process of warehouse logistics.\nExperience with process analysis, design, and documentation of warehouse business processes.\nExperience in guiding clients through decision-making by presenting solution options based on system capabilities and business impact.\nWillingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) 50% or more.\nLegal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nInfor WMS implementation experience (WM 4000, WM 9, SCE) or enterprise warehouse application knowledge.\nWarehouse management experience.\nKnowledge of WMS data structures, APIs, and integration patterns.\nExperience with 3rd party logistics, manufacturing, CPG, or retail disciplines.\n\nLocation: US Remote (Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA)\n\nAbout Infor\n\nInfor is where ambition meets impact.
