You'll collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders, bringing a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to complex technical challenges.\r\nWe're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, writes clean and well-structured code, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve systems, processes, and developer practices. This role needs to be comfortable tackling unfamiliar problems through research, experimentation and collaboration as well as stay current with evolving technologies and industry best practices.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nContribute to technical design and requirements planning, providing feedback based on grounded experience with modern frameworks, architectural patterns and best practices.\r\nProvide technical leadership through thoughtful peer code reviews and mentorship\r\nDebug and remediate defects in existing back-end and front-end application code.\r\nIdentify and recommend improvements related to performance, scalability, security and maintainability\r\nRequirements\r\n5+ years of professional PHP application development experience.\r\nStrong experience designing and architecting scalable back end systems\r\nHands-on experience with Laravel, SQL, Git, MongoDB, Docker, and shell scripting.\r\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programing features and design practices.\r\nExperience working in technical leadership or senior contributor role\r\nAbility to understand, evaluate and improve existing codebases\r\nDetail oriented with strong organizational skills.\r\nExperience building with modern front-end technologies such as Vue or React, preferred.\r\nFamiliarity with cloud based platforms, including AWS, preferred.\r\nExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, preferred.\r\nTraliant is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.\r\nQualified individuals who bring diverse perspectives to the workplace are especially encouraged to apply.
